William Tuttle is a painter specializing in watercolors, a photographer and an intaglio printmaker.
Born in 1950 in Jacksonville, Florida, Tuttle’s images cover a rich variety of subjects. His prints include turn of the century vignettes, wildlife imagery in his watercolors and motor racing and travel subjects in his photography.
Tuttle’s work is in various collections including the Wolfson Foundation and the Miami-Dade County Art in Public Places.
Currently he is an Adjunct Faculty member of Miami-Dade College and has taught previously at the University of Miami and Florida Atlantic University. He has been the Creative Director of the Miami Metrozoo since 1989.
Tuttle holds a B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of South Florida and a M.F.A. from the University of Miami,
